The #1 complaint I receive from parents who come in to our program from another program is the lack of COMMUNICATION from their previous program. We don't have that issue at US Elite. If anything, we OVER communicate. Just look at all the information on the community.

If anything, we are anal about organization and we have gone to great lengths to create systems, tools and procedures for our players and parents. The community is a good example. There are many more.

If anything, we are under promise and over deliver. No organization in the country works harder at helping its players than US Elite.
The #4 complaint I receive from parents who come in to our program from another program is the lack of EXPOSURE they got in their previous program. We don't have that issue at US Elite. We have tools in place i.e. the Elite Tweet Sheet, the Player Profile Page and the Mini Camp/Scout Day to promote our players. US Elite players get tons more exposure than other programs.
The #5 complaint I receive from parents who come in to our program from another program is the lack of DISCIPLINE they experienced in their previous program. We don't have that issue at US Elite. If anything, we demand more because our families expect more. No organization in the country has more discipline built in their program than US Elite. With discipline comes accountability. My experience is there are many people who do not want to be held accountable. They are in the 98% group. 2% understand that discipline and accountability lead to success, not just in baseball, but in life.
